Probate granted 24 August 1866, Derby

On the 24th day of August 1866, the Will of Hannah NORTON late of Derby in the County of Derby Widow deceased who died on the 2nd day of June1866, at Derby aforesaid was proved in the District Registry attached to Her Majesty's Court of Probate at Derby by the Oath of Henry NORTON of Derby aforesaid Accountant, the Son of the deceased, the sole Executor therein named he having been first sworn duly to administer.

Effects under £200. No Leaseholds.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Hannah NORTON of Derby in the County of Derby Widow

First I Will and direct that all my just debts funeral Testamentary and probate expenses be fully paid satisfied and discharged by my Executor hereinafter named

And I give devise and bequeath unto my dear son Henry NORTON All and singular my monies securities for money goods chattels personal estate and effects what soever To hold the same unto and to the use of the same Henry NORTON his heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever

And I appoint the said Henry NORTON sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament And lastly hereby revoking all former Wills I declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Thirtieth day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty six.

Signed by the said Hannah NORTON as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us being present at the same time who at her request, in her presence and before leaving her presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses

Proved at Derby the 24th day of August 1866 by the Oath of Henry NORTON the Son, the sole Executor to whom Administration was granted.

The Testatrix Hannah NORTON was late of Derby in the County of Derby Widow, and died on the 2nd day of June 1866 at Derby aforesaid,
