Berry Taylor, May 2, 1863, Ozark County, Arkansas.  Guerilla.  Violation of the laws of War.  Robbed John Pearson of Wright Co., Missouri.  Took

clothing, one horse saddle and bridle.  Violated Oath of Allegiance taken in the summer of 1862 in Tennessee.  Witnesses: Captain R. L. Rutts, Mansfield,
Missouri and John Pearson, near Lebanon, Missouri
