Angell

Angell

I have not worked on this line very much and the only documentation I have of their being ancestors is a letter written by William Taverner Baker, who was married to Sarah Ingersent.  The letter was written in 1892 and was addressing queries from William A. Cann & Anne Pidgeon Cann concerning their ancestry.  William T. Baker had access to parish records and to the papers of his father in law, John Peters Ingersent so I have to assume that this information is somewhat correct.

Our descent would be from the marriage of William Ingersent & Margaret Angell in 1723.

W. T. Baker letter of Oct 1892 to Wm. Pidgeon, Sr.

W. T. Baker letter of Oct 1892 to Ann Pidgeon Cann

Will of John Angell 26 Sept 1775

I do have some other Angell family information that I will post here as soon as I have time.  In the meantime, if you have any connection to this family or further information to add, please let me know.
