Susanna, daughter of William Bodyn and Maria Melsbach, was bapt. 2 May 1761 at the Montgomery DRC, Orange County. Her sponsors were Johannes Velte and Jane Bodyn, his wife. In his will, her father wrote "I give to my daughter Susana Beuchanan the sum of 15 pounds..."
