late Asa Carrico Decd. Thomas Church Guardian of Susana Carrico.
William Mettz Guardian of Martha Ann Carrico and Samuel Criswell
Guardian Of James Carrico minor heirs of the late Asa Carrico
Decd.

listed but Martha Carrico, widow, is not mentioned.]
All of the County of Calhoun and State Of Illinois, have made,
Constituted and appointed, and by their presents, do make Constitute,
and appoint John McDonald of the County and State aforesaid, our true
and lawful attorney, for us, and in our name, to ask, xxxx xxxx for,
recover & receive, all Such Sum or Sums Of money, as may be Justly
Coming to each of us, as Widow and Guardians as above Stated, from any
Executor or administrator On Said estate in the County of St. Louis or
any other County in the State of Missouri, giving and granting unto our
Said attorney, by their presents, full power and authority in and about
the premises, to have, use, and take all lawful ways and means, in our
name for the purposes aforesaid, and upon receipt of any Such Sum or
Sums of money, acquittances or other Sufficient discharges for us and
in our names to make and give, And generally to do all other acts and
things in the law whatsoever needful and necessary to be done in and
about the premises for us and in Our names to us execute and perform as
fully and to all intents and purposes as we ourselves can xxxx do if
personally present and attorneys one or more under him for the purpose
