WE the fubfcribers being by the hon. Court of Probate for the diftrict
of Windham, appointed Commiffioners, to receive and adjuft the claims of
the creditors to the eftate of Mr. BENJAMIN STILES, late of Lebanon, deceafed,
reprefented infolvent, Do hereby give notice that fix months from the date
hereof is limited for the creditors of faid eftate to exhibit their claims,
and that we fhall attend upon faid bufinefs at the dwelling-houfe of Simon
Williams, in faid Lebanon, on the third Monday of September and November
next, at one o'clock P. M. on each of faid days. Thofe who neglect to bring
in their claims properly attefted, by the time prefcribed, will be legally
debarred a recovery.
