Mrs. Erma Beyer, 65, in Speers

Mrs. Erma Beyer, 65, of 225 Third avenue, Dayton, died at 2:42 p.m. yesterday in Speers Hospital where she was admitted Tuesday.
She was the wife of Alfred E. Beyer, retired construction employee, and the mother of Raymond Beyer, Louisville, Kentucky state adjutant of the American Legion.
Survivors include two other son, George, Dayton, and Harold Beyer, Sharonville, O.; four daughters, Mrs. Ethel Ramsey, Bellevue; Mrs. Ruth Ann Ryan, Erlanger; Mrs. Joan Trame, South Ft. Mitchell, and Mrs. Arleen Sarbeck, Newport.
Also two brothers, Raymond and Arthur Menchen, Cincinnati.
Requiem High Mass will be sung at 9 a. m. Saturday at St. Bernard Church, Dayton, following prayers at 8:30 a.m. at Muehlenkamp Funeral Home, Dayton.

Mrs. Marie Hanekamp Beyer, 72, 707 E. Ninth St., Newport, died Thursday at St. Luke Hospital. A native of Covington, she had retired several years ago as a stenographer for the former Newport store of H. Eilerman & Sons, clothiers.
Surviving are her husband, George J. Beyer; one sister, Mrs. Rose Keyes, and two brothers, William Hanekamp, Villa Hills and Joseph Hanekamp, Latonia Lakes. Funeral mass will be at 9 a.m. Monday at St. Stephen Church, Newport, where she was a  member of the St. Ann Ladies Society. Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the Radel Funeral Home, Newport.

Alfred E. Beyer, 72, of 10942 Thornview avenue, Sharonville, O., collapsed and died in Rink's Parking lot, Dayton, at 5:45 p.m. Monday.
He was a former resident of Third avenue, Dayton. Retired inspector for H. C. Nutting Co., Cincinnati.
His wife, Erma, died Oct. 13, 1966.

Harold Ramsey, 74, of Dayton, died Sunday at his home. He was a truck driver with United Parcel Service, a member of Bellevue-Dayton American Legion Post No. 153, and an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Ethel Ramsey, daughters, Sue Fausz of Alexandria, Linda G. Roeder of Newport and Janice Wilson of Bellevue; a son, Dennis Ramsey of Newport; sisters, Wanda Alsip of Milford, Ohio, JoAnn Schnelle of Cincinnati, Glenda Eaton, Alma R. Givens, Blanche rogers, Jean Sutton and Shirley Henderson, all of Corbin; a brother, Charles Ramsey of Louisville; and 11 grandchildren.

World War II Veteran, survived by family.
Paul J. Beyer Jr., '83 of Mineral Bluff, died Sunday, August 24, 2003 in the Fannin Regional Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Hamilton County, Ohio, Sept. 9, 1919, Beyer was a veteran of World War II serving in the United States Army, in the European and Japanese theaters. He was retired from McGregor Sporting Goods as a supervisor of manufacturing and production. He an his wife were long time members of the St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Blue Ridge.

Survivors include his wife, Ann K. Beyer of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Babs Beyer of Covington, Ga.; daughter Patti Moore of St. Petersburg, Fla.; brother Thomas and Richard Beyer of Cincinnati, Ohio; sister Helen Jane Taylor of Cincinnati, and Muriel Petry of Florida; granddaughter summer Beyer of Covington and great-grandchildren Skye and Ivie Harris of Covington.

A Memorial service will be held Aug. 30 at 11 a.m., from St. Anthony's, with Father Steve Yander officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your favorite charity. Arrangements were by the Atkins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge.

Ethel M. Beyer Ramsey, 78, of Bellevue, died Friday at St. Luke Hospital East, Fort Thomas. She was a data processing clerk with the Internal Revenue Service and a member of St. Anthony Church in Bellevue and the Avenue Ladies Club. Her husband, Harold L. Ramsey, preceded her in death.

Survivors include daughters, Sue Fausz of Alexandria, Linda Roeder of Newport and Janice Wilson of Bellevue; a son, Dennis Ramsey of Newport; brothers, George Beyer of Ocala, Fla., Harold Beyer of Cincinnati and Ray Beyer of Norwood, Ohio; sisters, Joan Trame of Crestview Hils and Arleen Wren of Cincinnati; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Bernard Church, Dayton.
