He married twice. He married Marguerite Leroussy. (Additional notes for Marguerite Leroussy⁽⁶⁰⁰⁶⁾) He married Marie Foucault in Charante Maritime, France, 26 January 1630.⁽⁶⁰⁰⁷⁾

Andre Terrien and Marie Foucault had the following child:
