Kelly's Trade Directories for 1895 and 1899 show Charles Hooley working as a photographer at 13 Twyford Street, Derby.  Adamson (1997) states that he was working from 1895 to 1900.  Electoral registers for the years 1895 to 1898 confirm that he was resident at this address.  However, nothing more is known about him.
