[WILL]
This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Gough of the Sale in the Parish of Alrewas in the County of Stafford Widow as follows:

I Give Devise and Bequeath All that Messuage or Tenement with the Stable Barn Outbuildings Yard Garden and Appurtenances thereto belonging situate and being in the said Parish of Alrewas at a certain place there calle the Sale heretofore in the possession of my late Father Ellis Froggatt deceased and now of me the said Elizabeth Gough and also all that Croft Piece or Parcel of Land situate lying and being in the Parish of Alrewas aforesaid at the said place called the Sale and adjoining or lying near to the said Messuage or Tenement containing by Estimation two acres or thereabouts be the same more or less heretofore in the possession of the said Ellis Froggatt and now of me the said Elizabeth Gough and which was heretofore inclosed out of a certain Field in the Parish of Alrewas aforesaid called the Old Field and also all other my property whatsoever both real and personal to my son William Gough for and during and until the full end and term of his natural Life and from and immediately after his decease I Give and Devise and Bequeath all the aforesaid Lands Buildings Premises and Appurtenances and all other my Property whatsoever both real and personal to my grandson John Gough (son of my said son William by his second Wife) To hold to him the said John Gough his Heirs and Assigns for Ever (Subject to this my Will that is to say) In Case my said Grandson John Gough shall die without Issue before he attains the age of twenty one years the I Give Devise and Bequeath All the Aforesaid Lands Buildings Premises and Appurtenances and all other my Property whatsoever both real and personal to my Grand Daughter Catharine Gough To hold to her and her Heirs and Assigns for Ever.

I Nominate Constitute and appoint my said Son William and Samuel Lakin Innholder of Alrewas aforesaid Executors of this Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to be my Last Will and Testament.

In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Gough the Testatrix have Set and put my hand and seal this seventh day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Seven. 1807
