[WILL]
In the Name of God Amen.  I Elizabeth Tipper of Walton upon Trent In the County of Darby Yeowoman being well and In helth and of a Sound and disposing Minde and memory Thanks be Given to God Therefore But Calling to mind the uncertain Estate of this Transitory Life to make Constitute and ordain this my Last Will and Testament here by anulling and making void All other will and wills by me formerly made Either by Word or writing and Ratifying and Conforming this to be my Last will and Testament In Manner and Form Following

First I Command my Soul Into the hands of Allmighty God my Creator and Redeemer and my Body to Be Buried In a desant and Christian Manner at the Discreation of my Executrix hereafter Mentioned

and hereafter what I have to Spare I will Leave to James Tipper the Son of Thomas and Mary Tipper and part to Zacarias Eglefield the son Zacarias and Elizabeth Eglefield and If James Tipper dies It must go to is said Brother John Tipper and If Zacarias Eglefield dies It must go to is said mother Elizabeth Eglefield and the said Elizabeth Tipper.  Will leave the said Elizabeth Eglefield the Little Table With one drawer In It and what she has To Spare She Will Leave It in Mr. Butlers hand To Distrib It A Monxt Them Elizabeth Tipper Zachary Eaglefield
