[WILL]
In the Name of God Amen I Joseph Payne of Newton Solney in the County
of Derby Husbandman do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament
in manner following (that is to say) I give and devise to my Wife Mary
Payne Annuity of four pounds per Annum for the term of her natural life,
and to be pay'd half yearly at equal portions by my Executor hearafter
nam'd, & four Bushels of Wheat Annualy for the said term, with a Feather
Bed and all meterils belong to it and all other necessaries of Goods, sifficient
to Furnich a Room. Item I give and devise to my Son John Payne the sum
of Forty pounds to be pay'd by my Executor within twelve monthes after
my decease, I also give to my Son John Payne twelve months keeping for
two Cows. Item I give and devise to my Son William Payne the sum of Twenty
pounds to be pay'd by my Executor hearafter nam'd Item I give and devise
to my Daughter Hannah Atkin the sum of Thirty pounds to be pay'd within
twelve months after my decease. Item I give and devise to my son Thomas
Payne the sum of Thirty pounds when he shall attain to Age of Twenty four,
with lawful Intrest after he shall attain to twenty one to be pay'd by
my Executor hereafter named. Item I give and devise to my son Joseph Payne
all my Possesition and personal Estate of what nature and kind soever,
do in the first pay all just debts and funeral expenses, & Legacies
; and do hereby constitute and ordain him to be my Sole Executor of this
my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof
