Secondly I give and bequeath all that my Real Estate consisting of a Messuage or Dwelling-house, Joiners Shops, and other Outbuildings, Yard, Gardens, and Orchard, thereto adjoining situate lying, and being in Hartshorn abovesaid, and now or late in my own Occupation with all the Appurtenances thereto belonging, to my son Josiah Tetley, and to his Heir at Law after him, so that he shall neither sell, mortgage, transfer, or assign my said real Estate to any other Person or Persons whatever.
Also I give and bequeath
to my Son William Tetley all my Stock of Timber and Working tools, with
one half share of my household furniture. also I give and bequeath the
other half share of my Household furniture to my daughter Mary Curzon the
wife of Joseph Curzon of Derby. All the Rest, Residue, and Remainder of
my Personal Estate whether consisting of Money, Securities for Money, Book
Debts, or of any other Nature, Kind or Quality whatsoever and wheresoever
I give and bequeath to my three Sons Thomas, Joseph and William Tetley,
and to my Daughter Mary Curzon to be divided amongst them Share and Share
alike, in an Equal and just manner Lastly I nominate constitute, and appoint
my said Son William Tetley Executor of this my last Will and Testament
hereby revoking and making void all other and former Will or Wills heretofore
made by me and do declare this to be my last. In Witness [ ___ ] Joseph

day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen.
