[WILL]
I Peter Pain of Newton Solney in the Countie of Derby husbandman do make constitute and ordain this my Last Will and Testament In maner and form folloing that is to say ----------------------------------------

Imprimis I give to my daughter Mary fortie pounds of Lawfull English monie Item I give to my daughter Hanah fortie pound of Like Lawfull monie. To be paid when She Comes to be 23 years of Age. Item I give to my Son John Pain fiften pound Towards Paing the monie I stand bound for him.

Item I give to my Son Thomas Pain fifteen pounds to be paid a year and a day after my deseas.

Item I give to Margret my wife foure pounds per anum dureing the term of her Life.

And all the rest and residue and of my goods and Chattels and Personal Estate I give to my son Peter and to my son Joseph they paing all my Depts Leageses and ffunurall expenses.

Note that mary is to be paid a year and a day After my deseace.

In witnes where of I have hearunto set my hand and Seal this 31th day of July in the yeare of our Lord 1723.
