This is the
last Will and Testament of me Robert Parker of Aldergate Street Tamworth
in the county of Stafford Dealer I give and bequeath
all my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and
of what nature or kind soever unto my dear wife Elizabeth Parker
and my friend James Harris of 58 Church Streeet Tamworth upon trust to
permit my said wife to use and enjoy my said personal estate during her
life if she shall as long continue my widow and after her decease
or second marriage upon trust to convert everything into money and to divide
the processes equally between my children Joseph David
Sampson Charlotte Annie Moses Aaron Mary
Ann Emily and Henry as tenants in common and I give the same
to them accordingly and I appoint my said wife and the said James
Harris Executors of this my Will As witness my hand this
twenty third day of March One thousand eight hundred and seventy
seven.

presence and in the presence

widow the relict and James Harris the Executors
to whom Administration was granted.
The Testator Robert
Parker was late of Aldergate Street Tamworth in the county
of Stafford Dealer and died on the twenty third day of March
1877 at Aldergate Street Tamworth aforesaid
