In the name of God Amen
I William Benfeild of Lullington in the County of Derby being weak in Body, but in perfect mind and mamory do make my will and testement as followeth
First of all it is my desire that all my just debts and funeral charges shall be paide and satisfied ; then I give and bequeave to my daughtey mary one hundred and five pounds ; to be paide her emediately after my decease ; all the rest of my substance and personall estate whatsoever I give to my wife and to my son William equally to be devided betwixt them ; share and share alike ; I also nominate and appoint my wife and my son William to be my executrix and executor ; equally together, one to have as much power as the other ; and do revoke all other former wills by me made ; In witness here unto have set my hand and seale this nineteenth day of september one thousand seven hundred and fifty two.
