George Brack paid 40 shillings for a parcel or tract of land containing four hundred acres, lying and being on both sides Corn Swamp, adjoining the lines of Harding Burnley, John Aylett and John Poindexter and being in the county of Hanover.

John Symes Decd, Beginning at Bracks corner white oak by a Bramli in Col. Symes line...

Book 19, page 663, John Bickerton (10 June 1740), 3500 acres...on both sides of Hiccory Creek..at Colonel Meriwether's corner...to Harding Burnley's corner...to George Brack's corner... to Jacob Burrus' corner... to John Davis' corner...James Robertson's corner..to Joseph Pulliam's corner...to Ellis Hugh's corner...a branch of Golden Mine Creek....Zachariah Collier's corner...Captain John Aylett's line...400 acres part of the said tract being formerly granted unto John Austin by patent dated 15 March 1735...1682 acres other part thereof being formerly granted unto Andrew Wade by patent dated 17 March 1736..400 acres other part being formerly granted unto Sauel Davis by patent dated 28 December 1736 and the title of these several parcels has become vested in the said John Bickerton and the residue never before granted.
