Ordered that Jesse Brock have a certificate
for 206 acres of land by virtue of an Actual
settlement mad theron. Agreeable to an
Act of the Assembly approved December the ??
1800 Lying on Cumberland River to include the mouth of
Wallins Creek Begining at a beach and Sugar on the
bank of said river thence south 40 W 140 poles crossing
said river to a beach and chesnut thence S 35 E 40 poles
S55 E20 poles S35 E 64 poles thence S29 E 44 poles
thence North 40 E 140 poles thence N 35 W 220 thence to
the begining
