There are definitely two people named Fleet Coor at the time this will was written. The will seems to pertain to this Flleet Coor. However, the inventory that was filed on Oct 1807 may be of a different Fleet Coor.
Inventory mentions:
Witness Ticket for Richard Jernigan VS Thomas Coor.
This case took place in Craven Co., New Bern District in the March and June
terms of 1806.
Witness ticket of judgment of Joshua Hastings vs Ann Jones.
Witness ticket of case of William Boyton vs Stephen Coor
Witness ticket of Harfrey Coorpender vs Jesse Coor
The names Jones, Stephen Coor and Jesse Coor seem to be more connected to the Thomas Coor who died in 1803 and not the Thomas Coor who is the father of THIS Fleet Coor.
