We the undersigned having been appointed to set apart one years provision for Elizabeth Warren wife of Edward Warren deceased do hereby set apart & allow said elizabeth to be taken from the effects of said estate the following provisions there being now such on hand to wit twenty five barrels of corn five hundred pounds of pork two hundred lbs flour forty pounds coffee one hundred lbs sugar fifty lbs lard one sack salt two cows & calves - Given under our hands & seals this 3rd November AD 1842
