Being somewhat unwell and knowing the shortness of life and being desirous to serve all my little years in a way that there will be no difficulty after I am gone and for the purpose of letting my children know why I have gen more to the Boys than gales in the first place. I always heretofore intended that each of my children should be made equal at a final division of my estate but my sons got somewhat behind hand which compelled me to advance them more than I was able to give the gales know from this date all of my children is to have an equal interest in my estate and no account is to be taken of what I have given heretofore but all is to be made equal from this date and ...?... children and ...?... Isophenia's children is to have their parts.

I give to Clar (Clear) Creek Church one hundred dollars to be placed in the hands of the church but only ten dollars is to be made use every year to help pay a pastor. My farm is to be sold at private sale on the usual terms that is one third in hand and the balance on and two years, all my just debts must be first paid and it is my wish and desire that none of my servants be separated from the wifes or husbands. I appoint John Stone and Joseph Stratton my executors to carry this my will into a ...? court with security, May 5, 1834.
