Ann and hrs., 150 A., “Graves End,” Kent Co., and a tract “Hanson's Choyce.” In event of her death without issue, her lands to revert to sons William and Hance and their hrs. To dau. Mary Codd and brother John Mackenny, personalty. Portion of profits of grist mill to be used for the education of minor child. (not designated).
