His son, John B. Stoll signed codicil to will Feb. 18, 1884. He was deceased by March 19, 1890. He left estate to the three children of his brother, Henry viz: Chas R Stoll, Alfred D. Stoll and Florence Stoll. The executrix was his wife, Mary Ann.

To the will he added the notation below:

"In addition to the above will I wish that (?) I may have against my Brother Chas. Stoll I shall forgive also If he should not be able during his life to maintain himself then I wish for him a reasonable support out of my estate say not less than five nor more than seven dollars per week.  My other brothers.  My Brother George and Brother Cresteon and Brother S.L have no need for anything at time also forgive any claim I may have against Brother WM and make the same proration for my Brother Adam who is now in Texas that I make for my Brother Charles.
