From an unpublished book by Blanche E. Tague LaDue

Aunt Blanche, who I was named after, was the tenth child of Jacob and Peree Tague and twelve years younger than my Father, Fred Tague. It seems, from what I have been told, life was a bit easier for her as she grew up as the family was beginning to have more of the essentials of life.
My first recall of seeing, Aunt Blanche was when I visited with her at her home in Kittitas, Washington in the year 1932. It was a small town just outside of Ellensburg. Washington. Aunt Blanche and Uncle Lloyd lived in a very nice company house near an electric train station, as Uncle Lloyd was an electric engineer for the electric railway company. They had three sons and my Aunt had her hands full with them, believe me. Leonard, the oldest boy, was a real musician. The other two boys, Wayne and Gene were much younger about elementary school age, and mischievous.
I liked the Family very much. Uncle Lloyd was a large jovial man over six feet tall and weighed about two hundred and twenty-five pounds while my Aunt Blanche was a bit under five feet and weighed about a hundred pounds and was as nimble as a kitten.
I remember her giving me a copy of her Mother's mince meat pie receipt and I brought it home to my Folks, which made Dad very happy. All my life, I heard him rave about how good his Mother's mince meat pies were. Now, my Mother made the same kind of pies his Mother had made and they were good, good.
I remember my Aunt Blanche being such a kind and considerate person and a deeply religious Christian Science Lady. I enjoyed her friendship very much. I got to see her many times later in life as she and Uncle Lloyd came to California and Arizona many times on visits.
