Know all Men by these Present that We Jacob Morlock of the county of Marion and State of Illinois, Charles Frederick Morlock and August Morlock both of the county of St. Clair in the said State of Illinois sons and heirs of Daniel Morlock deceased. late of the said County of St. Clair have made constituted and appointed and by these present do make constitute and appoint our brother and a heir of said deceased, Louis Morlock of the said County of St. Clair our true and lawful attorney for us and in our names, place and stead to sell al the personal property, also to collect all accounts, notes, bonds, mortgages, and whatsoever belonging to the Estate of our said deceased father also to pay all debts if any pending against said Estate, giving and granting onto our said attorney full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever, request and ___ to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally present, with full power of substitution and ____ hereby certifying and confirming all that our said attorney or his substitute shall lawful do or cause to be done by virtue thereof
