Know all men by these Presents that I the undersigned Bernhard Eidmann of the said County of St. Clair have placed in the hands of Lewis Morlock of said County the following described lands, tenements, leasehold promise goods, and chattels and effects a base having yet five years to ____ from this date from Jacob Morlock for the following described lands that is the North half of the South West quarter of Section twenty nine in Township One (1) South Range six (6) West eighty acres. Also the North East quarter of the South East quarter of Section twenty nine (29) in Township one (1) South Range six (6) West forty acres in the aggregate one hundred and twenty was situated lying and being in the said County of St. Clair Also forty acres of farming lands in cultivating which I have been in rented from David Clark and of the North West quarter of section twenty nine in Township one South Range six (6) West each for the term of the unexpired time of five years to run from the date all situated lying and being in the said County of St. Clair Also eight hundred bushels of corn so the corn grown last year on the first above described premises part of which is still in the field and part gathered on first described premises Also five hundred bushels of wheat all of which except one stack has been thrashed and gleaned and is on the premises first aforesaid Also eighty bushels of oats or whatever where is in the stack on the premises first aforesaid and one of the last years crop thereon and now in my possession and owned by me. Also two horses, three mules, three cows and one calf Five head of stock cattel twelve head of hogs including three breeding sows one waggon two plows one burro one reaper one drill one Stack of hay one Roller and harnesses for four horses all now on the premises and tenements first above described and now in my possession and I hereby make constitute and appoint and have made and appointed the said Lewis Morlock my agent and attorney in fact to take charge of the same and each and all and every part and parcel thereof and for me and in my name to keep and manage and protect preserve and employ and recufry and use and employ the same and each and all and every part thereof under my direction and instructions and such makes and ____ as may prescribed for that purpose and I hereby invest him with free power to act and do in relation the___ whatever I might act and do in relating to ___ the same ___ myself Hereby notifying and confirming whatsoever my said agent and attorney may do on the premises or concerning said property and effects or any part thereof In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eleventh day of March A. D. 1863
