  • He was named in his father's will dated proved 10 Sep 1619, called eldest son.2
  • Henry Kimball came to New England in 1634, from Mistley, Essex, England, on the Elizabeth. With him were his wife, Susan, daughters Elizabeth and Susan, and step-son, Richard Cutting. He settled in Watertown, Massachusetts where he was a freeman on 2 May 1638. He was granted thirty-five acres in the Third Division of the Great Dividend at Watertown, 25 July 1636, granted six acres in the Beaverbrook Plowlands, lot #80, 28 February 1636/7, granted six acres in the Remote Meadows, lot #65, 26 June 1637, granted a Farm of one hundred and five acres, 10 May 1642.1
