The record of Hannah's marriage calls her Mary Culver, daughter of Edward, and her first seven children are entered as of John and Mary. But Edward Culver had no known daughter Mary, and it is almost impossible to insert a Mary among his recorded children at the proper date. The vital entries are in error, and there are plenty of other records to prove that it was Hannah Culver who married John Burrows.. Hereinafter cited as "Colver-Culver."
