    Item. I give and bequeath to my loving wife Eliza, late relict of John Fulton, all my personal property whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be house furniture to dispose of the same as she declares.
    Item. I give and bequeath to our two children after the decease of my wife Eliza or if she gets married and is not my widow the whole of my real estate to Margaret and John share alike, reserving to be paid out of my real estate one hundred dollars for Mary Ann Fulton a daughter she had when I married her.
    Item. I give and bequeath to Mary Ann Fulton the child my wife had when I got married the one hundred dollars which I reserved out of my real estate to her and her heirs and assigns forever.
    Lastly I hereby appoint my loving wife and relict of John Fulton, executrix and James Vanness my executor of this my last will and testament and I do hereby revoke all other and former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
