b. before 1690

  • He married first at North and Southampton Dutch Reformed Church, Churchville, Bucks Co., Pennsylvania, on 24 September 1710 Catharina Brouwer, daughter of Willem Brouwer and Elizabeth Simpson.3
  • Joshua Cresson and Catharina Sebring were said to have married second in 1718/19 But this seems to be soley based on the fact that the sponsors for Aeltje, daughter of Josua Chrison and Catharina (no surname given) were Daniel Sebring and his wife Catharina. There really is no reason why the Catharina mentioned in the baptism record could not have been Catharina Brouwer.
