This for her benefit during her natural life so long as she remains his widow. At her death, personal property to go to sons Peter Francis and Isaac Brice. "The farm on which I now reside" to sons Peter Francis and Isaac Brice, to be equally divided. Peter Francis to have the east end and Isaac Brice to have the west end. His wife is to receive one-third of all farm produce. To son John Thomas, six hundred dollars, three hundred to be paid when he is age twenty-one by sons Peter Francis and Isaac Brice jointly. To daughters Parnell and Sary Elmey, one hundred dollars each. "Mary's portion to be paid to be paid to her in two years after my decease by Peter Francis and Isaac Brice." Parnell's portion to be paid by son Isaac Brice when she arrives at the age of twenty-two. Sarah Elmey's portion to be paid when she arrives at the age of eighteen, by son Peter Francis. Contingencies are made in the event of the death of anyone of the above mentioned children. Appoints as executor, W. B. Porter. Witnesses by A. C. Rickey and James Patterson. Proved 4 May 1852.7
