I leave to my son Joseph the west half of my homestead lands, including the dwelling house in which he now lives in Jamaica. And my two sons shall provide for my wife sufficient firewood, ready cut and brought to the door, also sufficient hay and fodder for the horse and three cows, "and the same to be brought home in good order and well saved in the barn or good stack." To my two granddaughters, Martha and Elizabeth, daughters of my son Anthony Oldfield, lately deceased, each thirty pounds when of age. I leave to my executors out of my movable estate, fifty pounds, for the use of my daughter Margaret, wife of John Roads and the interest at five percent to be paid to her yearly if she has no issue. But if she have issue, then the fifty pounds to be paid to her. To daughter Mary, one hundred pounds. All the rest to my two sons, and I make them executors.
