Whereas John Greenwater made his will 7 April 1721 and ordered his executors to sell said 100 acres joining his brother, William Patterson's plantation on Augustine Creek. Now Moses McKinley and Elizabeth his wife by virtue of a release from William Patterson, the younger dated 10 May 1721 and for £30 granted to Elias Naudine all the said 100 acres.   • On 24 May 1724, Elias Naudine of Appoquinimink, mariner, conveys to Samuel Mahoe of the County of New Castle, weaver, for £50, a tract of land bounded by Augustine Creek containing 100 acres being part of a tract sold by Casparus Herman to William Patterson, late of the County of New Castle, dec. and by William Patterson's will dated 17 Jan 1699 was left to Elizabeth Patterson, his daughter, wife to John Greenwater, late of the County, dec. and was sold by Elizabeth Greenwater according to her husbands will to Elias Naudine during the time of her widowhood, then she being maried to Moses McKenly the said land was confirmed to Elias Naudine by a deed in 1723.
