(Note: the will as abstracted in NJA First Series Vol. 41, Wills, Vol. 12, page 32, implies that son Daniel was a son of Jacob's first husband Joseph Davis. An full transcript of the complete will, made by Joe Pawlick and posted online at the USGenWeb Archives in 2006, clearly demonstrates that Daniel was a natural son of Jacob Bennet.^6,7
