To Eunice the widow of my son Joseph, deceased, during her widowhood, lot no. 7 in the first division of the estate of George Herkimer, deceased...situate in Danube. In the event of her marriage or death I bequeath the same to Warren Herkimer the son of the said Joseph Herkimer, deceased...subject to his paying within two years after the remarriage or death of said Eunice, to each of his four sisters named Maria, Ann, Amilia and Alida the sum of sixty dollars each. To my son John the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars. To my daughters named Margaret the wife of John McCombs, Lanah the wife of Felix Green, and Gertrude the wife of Jacob I. Eacker each seventy dollars. To daughter Alida the wife of Peter Brooks, Jr., four silver tea spoons. All daughters to divide equally my clothing. To my granddaughters named Caty, Diana, Maria, Charlotte and Permilia, the daughters of Peter Stienberg, the sum of fifty dollars to be divided equally. T my granddaughter Betsey the widow of David Grant seventy dollars and two silver tablespoons. To Anna the daughter of Peter H. Ehee(?) seventy dollars (relationship of Anna not stated). To Fanny and Caty, daughters of Peter Brooks, Jr., lot no. 4 in the first division of George Herkimer deceased containing 16 3/4 acres. Fifty dollars for the purchase of four tombstones to be erected at the graves of one Maria the first wife of Gen. Herkimer, one for the grave of my late husband, one at the grave of the late General Herkimer, and one at my own grave. Residue of estate to be divided between my son John, daughter Lanah wife of Felix Green, Margaret wife of John McCombs, daughter Gertrude wife of Jacob Eacker, granddaughter Betsey widow of David Grant. Also makes a provision for son John to support "my Old Blackman named Brons." Appoints Jacob Smith and Doctor John Holmes as executors. Signe with the mark of Alida Herkimer.
