He was listed as a tenant on the Philipsburgh Manor Rent Roll of 10 Jan 1760 (NYGBR 108:76). On 6 Dec 1785 the land, forfeited by the attainder of Frederick Philipse, was purchased from the Commissioners of Forfeitures by his sons, Peter, John, James and Abraham, and his daughter Catherine Yurckse, and his son-in-law, Thomas Powell (NYGBR 59:247).¹
• His will was dated on 18 January 1775 probated 24 Jan 1776. "Isaac Sie, yeoman, of Philipsburg." Mentions his wife Eva; five sons Peter, James, Abraham, John, and Isaac. Friends Johannis Yurkse and John Foshea were named as executors.¹
