Names his wife Catherine Starr; granddaughter Anna Johnson to receive $5.00; after debts are paid his estate to be divided into 14 equal parts to be divided between sons and daughters named as Elizabeth Swisher, Margaret Watson, Solomon Starr, Philip Starr, Eli Starr, Mary Ann Clapp, Susanna Dops, Abigail Robertson, Catherine Courtney, Ginnie Ann Delay, Delila Moss, Rachel Robertson, Simon P. Starr, and the 14th part to "my grandchildren, 1/3 each, Amanda Brown, Melissa Brown, Alonzo Brown." Appoints son Solomon Starr and son-in-law Isaac Robertson as executors (upon the death of Isaac Robertson in 1856, son Eli Starr was named as executor in his place).6
