To all to whom these presents Shall come I Amelia Sanders do send greetings Know ye that I the said Amelia Sanders of Bladen County and providence of No* Carolina being very sick and weak of body but of perfect mind Memory do hereby for and in consideration of love and affection I have and do bear my beloved Son Thomas Browder have given and granted and do hereby give grant and bequeath unto my said beloved Son all my real personal Estate that is to say all my Money goods Bonds accompts my Cattle Hogs and Sheep Poultry and Negroes and all this property to me belonging not here mentioned with the condition of his letting my beloved daughter Lucy Ellis have one half of the pewter and with allowing me a sufficient Mentenance as long as please God let me live I hereby make over to my Son Thomas Browder as my free will and Gift as above Mentioned together with a full power to dispose of as he thinks proper given under my hand this twenty fourth day of Octr* 1785
