Know all men by these presents that I Delilah Browder of Williamsburgh District in the State aforesaid for and in consideration of the Sum of (45) Forty Five dollars to me in hand paid by W. F. Mitchum of the State & District aforesaid have Granted bargained Sold and released and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and release unto the Said W. F Mitchum a certain parcel or tract of land containing (20) Twenty acres More or less on an agreed line, lying and being in Williamsburgh Dsitrict in the State aforesaid on the Branch waters of Santee, bounded on the West by land of Henry Singleton and the East by lands of William Browder, on the South by lands of M. W. Welch & on the ___ North by lands not Known and hath said Buttings and Boundings and having Such Shape form & marks as the accompanying platt will represent & being part of a tract of land granted to John Browder the 3rd day of November in the Year of Our Lord 1851 Together withal and Singular the rights Members hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise incident or appertaining to have and to hold all and Singular the premises aforesaid unto the Said W. F. Mitchum his heirs executors administrators or assigns forever, And I the Said Delilah Browder hereby bind Myself My heirs Executors Administrators or assigns to warrant and forever defend all an Singular the premises above mentioned and conveyed unto Me Said W. F. Mitchum his heirs Executors administrators or assigns against Myself and my heirs and against all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming the Land or any part thereof In witness I hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 24th March 1862

Welch who being duly Sworn deposeth and Saith that he was present and did See Delilah Browder Sign Seal and as he act and deed deliver this within instrument of writing for the uses and purposes within Mentioned and that Adam Browder and R. S. Canner Signed their names and witnessed the due execution thereof with this deponent
