Know all men by these presence that we the undersigned do grant bargain and sell to the Mallard Lumber Co. (Std.) all Timbers on my two tracts of land on Santee for the sum of Fifty Dollars ($55.00) Preserve all oak timber for my own use and the said Mallard Lumber Co. is not to cut any timber under twelve (12) inches in diameter at the ground they to have all rights and privileges necessary for operation their business and to remove such appliances and said Mallard Lumber Co., is not to injure planting ground or tenets planting same
