An Agreement made and entered into by and between J. C. Badham of Columbia S. C. of the one part and L. B. Browder of Greeleyville of the other part: Witnesseth that the paid J.C. Badham agrees to furnish said L.B. Browder the following articles viz: One lo? saw gin v feeder to be ready for delivery on Car at factory on or about the at once for the consideration of the payment of $144 or One hundred and forty four Dollars as follows:

Oct 15/1900 44.00 Note to hear date of Bill of Lading with 8 per. interest added. The condition of the above contract is, that the legal title and right of property in and to the above described property is to remain and be vested in J.C. Badham of Columbia, S.C. until the paid Note and all interest thereon accrued is paid off; and in case the said L.B. Browder should fail to pay off the amount due by said note or interest of there at maturity then it shall be lawful for the said J. C. Badham of Columbia S.C. to take possession of the said property at any time after the maturity of the paid note or either of them, but in case the said note paid off then the title of the said property to vest in the said L. B. Browder. J. C. Badham warrants the above described machinery to be of good marterial and workmanship and to perform in satisfactory manner when properly used. It is understood, that no warranty or verbal understanding of any kind exists in regard to the present contract other than what is herein expressly stated
