Know All Men by these Presents that I Caleb Stephens of the State ___ and District aforesaid for and in consideration of the Sum of ten Dollars to me paid in hand by Martin Browder of the Same place have granted bargained Sold and Released and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and release unto the Said Martin Browder all that Plantation or tract of Land containing ten acres part of a tract of Land containing Three thousand Seven hundred acres originally granted to Robert Frierson Junr and conveyed by a Deed of Conveyance to Ebenz Martin the Sixth day of April 1814 and from the said Ebenz Martin by a like Deed to Caleb Stephens the 28^th day of Sept 1815 the above ten acres is to the North West of the Said one hundred and fifty acres conveyed from the Said Ebenz Martin bounded on Silas Bradshaws and Saml Bradshaws Land and on the original Tract and hath Such Shape form and Marked Trees as are represented in a plat annext to the original grant together with all and Singular the rights numbers hereditaments and appurtenances to the Said premises belonging or in  anywise incident or appertaining To have and to hold all & Singular the premises before mentioned unto the Said Martin Browder his heirs and afsigns forever and I do hereby bind m___ my heirs executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend all and Singular the Said Premises unto the Said Martin Browder and his heirs and afsigns forever against myself and my heirs and against every person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the Same or any part thereof given under my hand and Seal this 17 Day of Nov one thousand eight hundred and twenty Six and in the year of our Lord
