To all people to whom these shall Come: We Thos. Sanders & Amelia Sanders Know ye that We of N.C. & Philoa.? in Consideration of the Love & Affection we have & do  bear to our beloved son Christopher Sanders of So. Pmmie? have given & granted & do by these present give & grant unto our sd Son his heirs & successors from all the real & personal property Estate (Viz) All our lands Tenements Timber goods Bills Bonds accounts furniture utensils stock of Horses Cows Sheep hogs Poultry Negroes & every other part & parcel to us or either of us belonging this as our free Will & gift to him there after our death Conditionally that our sd son & his successors Shall pay unto each of these the rest of the Children one piece Sterling that is to say Elizabeth Neill Lucy Ellis Amelia Morly Thos. Browder & Eliza Sanders my Daughter-in-Law It is also our will & desire that this our Deed of Gift May be recorded in the first court of Records in the County Signed Sealed & delivered by us this 16^th day of Novr 1776
