VALENTINE, HAZEL BROWNING
Died 12:50 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 19, 1995, at Lane Memorial Hospital, Zachary. She was 75, a resident of Deerford and a native of East Baton Rouge Parish. Visiting was held at Charlet Funeral Home Inc., Zachary, 5 to 9 p.m. Monday. Visiting at Galilee Baptist Church, Deerford, noon until religious services at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Interment in Galilee Baptist Church Cemetery. Survived by a daughter, Jane Valentine Collins, South Carolina; a son, Ronald W. "Ronnie" Valentine, Zachary; a sister, Juanita Powers, Baton Rouge; four brothers, Alton "Buddy" Browning, Wilton "Duke" Browning and Sidney Browning, all of Zachary, and Eli Browning, Liberty, Miss.; and three grandchildren, Susan, Stacy and Scott Valentine, all of Zachary. Preceded in death by husband, Wilton A. Valentine; and parents, Eli and Addie Browning. Pallbearers will be Wayne Browning, Rusty Browning, Roy Hunt, Danny Martin, Michael Powers and Norman Schlatre. She was a member of Galilee Baptist Church.
