It is my Will that my wife Lina Browning have my real estate to hold and use as long as she remains my widow and then go to my three children Frank, Nell and Benjamin and they may sell and reinvest at any time if 3 good citizens think it best.

In the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Russell County, the 10th day of November, 1947.

A paper writing purporting to be the true last will and testament of J. F. Browning, deceased, was this day produced in the Clerk's Office aforesaid, before the Clerk of this Court, and proven by the oaths of Joe Boyd, Geo. J. Williams, T.G. Gibson, and J. C. Browning to be wholly written in the handwriting of the said J. F. Browning, deceased, and it appearing to the Clerk of said Court that none of said witnesses are in any way interested in the distribution of said estate, it is ordered that said will be admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded as and for the true last will and testament of the said J. F. Browning, deceased.
