I Rebecca Browning being desirous of disposing of my property while living I
make the following as my will.
First, I give to my husband A.P. Browning the interest I have in the Estate of
Wm B. Aston yet due.
Second, I leave to my husband also two horses and six cows to be kept for the
benefit of my children and used as he may think best for that purpose. Witness
the following signature the 6th day of February 1890.

At a County Court continued & held for Russell County, at the Court House
thereof on Wednesday the 4th day of February 1891. The last Will and Testament
of Rebecca Browning was this day produced in Court proven by the oath of L. A.
Wall one of the subscribing witnesses thereto who testified that he witnessed
said will at the request of the said Rebecca Browning in her presence and in the
presence of Jessee Browning the other subscribing witness thereto and thereupon
ordered to be recorded.
