Daughter Jane wife of Andrew Hutchinson land; daughter Ann widow of Morgan Williams 1 slave; daughter Mary wife of Richard Omohundro 1 slave; residue of estate to be equally divided among my children.

To sons Thomas and William and their hrs., dwelling plantation, 800 A. "Abram's Promise," equally; son Thos. to have 150 A. and dwelling, son Wm. 150 A. now possessed by Richard Boyer; sd. sons not to sell tract except to each other.
To wife Anne, extx., and child., personal estate, equally, dau. Ester excepted, she having received her portion. Tract called "Rounds," whereon Capt. Benj. Pearce lives, to be sold and proceeds divided among wife, sons Thos. and Wm. and daus. Anne and Elizabeth, dau. Ester to be excepted. Son Thomas, John Linkhorn and Edw. Lewis to sell sd. land.

WILL OF CALEB BROWNING

Being now in a low state of health....Wife Ann.  Son James - I have already given him land.  My other children:  Susannah, Nancy, Sally, Caleb, Fanny, Polly, William, Betsy, and Pelina.  Whereas William has made improvement on a piece of my land on the southeast side of Richland (Creek?), he may retain and hold that land.  Witnesses:  Isaac Monson, Elijah Browning.

(This is the best proof that we have that William Browning Senior was the father of our William Browning who married Ann Anglin.  especially since William Anglin is with the two William Anglin men! very exciting!)  Who is the James Browning?
