in Murphy, North Carolina
This is the county seat for Cherokee County, North Carolina. The original courthouse burned at one point, but this courthouse still has many important documents.
Weston Standridge cabin
in Tennessee
This was the family home of Elizabeth BUICE and her husband, Weston Randolf Standridge. The cabin was relocated to its current location, and is now on the National Register of Historic sites.
