TESTAMENT of
me
CHARLOTTE POWELL , of
East Lavant Chichester Sussex , Widow WHEREBY I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH my cottage
garden and hereditaments at East Lavant aforesaid, in which I now reside, AND
ALL MY REAL AND P ERSONAL ESTATE whatsoever and whersoever unto my daughter
ELIZA JANE STEVENSON Absolutely and I Appoint my said
daughter SOLE EXECUTRIX of this my Will.
