The company was incorporated July 20, 1895, and by 1910 included a workforce of 1,000, manufacturing 100,000 bicycles and 10,000 motorcycles per year. In 1908 Miami Cycle produced four lines of cycles: the Hudson, the Racycle, the Miami and the Flying Merkel. The Racycle was advertised as the most popular bicycle in the world at the beginning of the twentieth century. | |
